I like the composition here, how the structure curves around the left side of the photo. I think if the water reached the left side of the photo instead of cutting off before it, it might enhance the effect. I suggest to try cropping out the left-most 3 columns and see how it looks. 
Since that'll remove most of the negative space created by the curve, that'll leave a lot of unbalanced negative space on the right with the sky. So maybe if you decide to crop out the 3 columns try also using a portrait format for the photo to avoid that problem. With the photo being in vertical format it might actually accentuate the curve on the left and the composition will draw your eyes up through the photo.
